We serve our breakfast daily from 8:00AM to 10:00AM in our Rooftop terrace. If you need early/late breakfast, please ask our receptionist, it costs 5€ / 50 DHS per persons.
Yes, It’s totally safe to drink the tap water in Tangier, In other cities/towns It’s better to ask first. If you prefer to drink bottled water, we sell it or you can find it in every grocery store.
The best place to exchange your money is Siaghine Street. There are many exchange offices there and you can compare rates. Make sure you don’t exchange your money with the people on the streets, because they might cheat you.
To buy your bus ticket, you can do it online: www.ctm.ma the other option is to go at the office. If there are no tickets available, there are shared taxi in the same place : « CTM Bus Station »
To buy a train ticket, it’s better to do it online: www.oncf-voyages.com the other option is to buy it in train station.
Yes, we have laundry service, for 8 kg it costs 20€ / 200 dhs if you have small piece we will recommend you a laundry service close to the hostel.
Bed linens are included in all kind of rooms.
For Private rooms, towels are included in the price.
For Shared rooms, we rent towels for 3€.
Yes, you can leave your luggage here for a maximum of 8 hours. If you want to leave them for a longer time, please ask one of our staff to guide you.
It depends on what you need, but practically, you can find pretty much everything on Rue d’Italie.. For some restaurant recommendations you can ask our receptionist.
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you have a flight or a bus to catch in the evening, you can stay in the common areas of the hostel after check-out.
Additionally, we offer free luggage storage services.
You can come back anytime you want, BUT please try to be here before midnight.
Yes you can, but if you want to use the gas cooker, please ask the staff to help you with it. Do not attempt to turn the cooker on, without the staff supervision
Food from outside or that you cooked could be eaten only in ground floor. We don’t allow external food in our Rooftop.
Yes, you can just ask the staff to order one for you. If you need a taxi after midnight, please ask them earlier to arrange it for you.
